Biogas Generator
875 kW (1094 kVA) biogas-powered generator set specifically engineered for landfill methane and municipal sewage treatment applications. Designed for continuous and prime power operation, this system converts waste methane gas into reliable electrical energy, helping facilities reduce emissions while improving energy efficiency.
Built around a high-performance 16-cylinder gas engine with turbocharging and intercooling, and matched with a brushless alternator featuring automatic voltage regulation (AVR), the Titan 875BG ensures stable output, dependable voltage control, and long-term operational durability in harsh environmental conditions.
Operating at 1500 rpm / 50 Hz, the unit is ideal for wastewater treatment plants, landfill gas recovery projects, and other renewable energy installations utilizing biogas resources.
Each generator is manufactured in accordance with ISO8528 and relevant GB standards, and undergoes comprehensive 0%–100% load testing prior to delivery.
